A few steps from the port of Plouer sur Rance, with its small landscaped beach and yacht club, this part of the house is adjoining the holiday residence of the owners who occasionally stay there. At the back of the house, you have a large garden, to which you can access either by a few steps at mid-level or directly from the outside. You can quickly access the large beaches of Dinard, a famous seaside resort or Saint-Malo "intra muros", its ferries, its fitness centre, its beaches including that of "Le Sillon". Perfect welcome from Mr. and Mrs. Marion. The house is large, very clean and in very good condition. Nothing is missing for a successful stay! Very quiet house, garden not overlooked by neighbours Very great discretion of the owners who live in the semi-detached house. The bedding is recent and in very good condition.
