Holiday house for 12+2 people with private pool.
The villa is a 650 m2 house with a garden, various terraces, a grill, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, satellite television, air conditioning, W-iFi while overlooking the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
Location:
The house is in Lloseta which is close to Inca which is Mallorca's second largest city. The house is 1 km from the nearest supermarket and restaurant. There is about an hour's drive to the ocean and beaches at Alcudia bay and at Palma. The house is located near the Tramuntana mountains, which is worth a visit on foot, by bicycle or by car.
Interior:
The house is from the 16th century and was been a building of great importance to the city Loseta.
The 650 m2 consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are equipped with a double bed each and the other two with two single beds. Addtionally, there are 5 bathrooms and a separate WC. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, a living room and a sauna. There is a separate entrance a small ancient chapel.
The house is on 3 levels and has a fantastic view from the top.
Exterior:
Located on a 1.800 m2 plot of which is a 800 m2 garden. The pool is 25 m2 and has a maximum depth of 1.8 m pool and can not be heated. The outdoor jacuzzi can be heated. There is a covered terrace, garden furniture and a grill.

If You book for 14 persons be aware that 2 persons have to sleep in a extra bed.
