Cabourg. sea front/sea view. 3-room apartment crossing north/south with a capacity of 4 people, with a surface area of about 58 m² on the 3rd floor with lift and two balconies, one of which overlooks the sea. the apartment comprises: an entrance hall with a storage cupboard, a living/dining room (with flat screen TV) opening onto a balcony equipped with a table and a chair with a splendid direct view on the sea, an American kitchen (with a washing machine, a dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave oven and a traditional oven), a corridor leading to the garden: a bathroom (bathtub), an independent toilet, a 1st bedroom with a bed (160x200) opening onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the lestuary of the dives, a 2nd bedroom with a sofa bed of 140x190.
This rental is also available for short stay (except during school holidays).

in order to allow our tenants to take possession of their accommodation in complete safety, the optional end-of-stay cleaning, which is normally optional, is made compulsory for all bookings in July and August 2020. this cleaning includes, in addition to classic cleaning, disinfection of all contact surfaces. tenant's contribution: 39th for a studio apartment or 2 rooms / 49th for an apartment, cottage, or villa with 3 rooms or more (to be paid at the latest on the day of arrival).
