This modern and charming house is located in an interior of the island and offers the comfort of a house that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. It sleeps 6 people.
The exteriors are very nice. You can refresh in the pool or just relax on the terrace of 25 m2 attached to the pool. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs for 6 people. The chlorine pool chlorine is private and measures 7 x 5 meters. Enjoy a pleasant summer evenings to prepare a delicious family barbecue. There is also another terrace of 25 m2 with magnificent views of the Tramuntana and is equipped with a table and three armchairs. The house is located in a small urbanization, has no direct neighbors and it is completely private.
The house of 160 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for couples with children and small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms islocated on ground floor with two single beds and the other two on the 1st floor; one with double bed and one with two single beds. The house counts with air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower and one with bathtub. One cot and one highchair are available on request.
The house has a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Relax in a great living room and enjoy reading a good book or watching a TV-Sat. The dining area consists of a table and seats for 6 people. The kitchen with vitro stove, open to living room, has everything you may need to cook during your vacation. The living room-kitchen-dining room have air conditioning. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The property is located only 450 meters from Llubi, which invites you to enjoy a very central part of the island. In just 20 minutes driving, you can reach the beaches of Can Picafort, Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with the beaches of soft white sand and crystal clear, shallow waters, ideal for children, and also water activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others offered. In the Port of Alcudia you can also find the marina, where you can see a large luxury yachts to a mixture of colorful local fishing boats. On its beautiful promenade you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and the beach, and find nice cafes and outdoor restaurants.
NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
