The apartment is on a first floor without elevator, in a urbanization just 200 meters away from the sea. It has 110 m2 and 3 double rooms. You will find 2 bedrooms with double bed and on with 2 single beds (there are two rooms with built-in closet). The house has 1 bathroom with bathtub. There is AC at the corridor to cool the rooms, but we can provide you with fans if the AC is not enough - please, ask!
Enjoy a pleasant breakfast or dinner on the 30 m2 terrace where there are table and chairs for 6 people. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can sit down and just relax with a glass of wine, enjoy a good book or have a little siesta. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: toaster, microwave, blender, electrical oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you have a car, you will easily be able to park on the street in front of the house.
The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma.
In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. In this area, it’s full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station.
From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
