This little gem shines on a hillside in the hamlet of Servolle. Following a complete renovation in 2013, the house now offers quality living space. A wood-burning fireplace in the living room, together with underfloor heating, ensures optimum comfort in all seasons. On hot summer days, it's best to sit in the pleasant shade of the covered terrace area, where a barbecue is also available. From the large garden and infinity pool, which you reach 30 meters from the house by climbing a few steps, you have a magnificent view of the rural surroundings. A small restaurant is a 5-minute drive away, and the stores and supermarket of the pretty village of Montmoreau are 15 minutes away. The charming village of Aubeterre and its lake with beach are 10 minutes away. Golf and fishing, and for those lucky enough, the magnificent town of Angoulême should be visited when it becomes the scene of one of the most important historic motor races on the third weekend in September: Le Circuit International des Remparts.
