Holiday home for 6 persons (possibility for +2) with shared pool
The property is located in the countryside 5 km from the town of Monteriggioni . There is a covered gazebo, BBQ, wifi and satellite TV.
Location:
The property is situated just outside of Monteriggioni . The nearest supermarket / restaurant is in the village of Staggia just 2.5 km away. Siena is only a 20 min drive away. The property is a good starting point for those who wish to go on trips around Tuscany.
Inside:
The house of 150 m2 is situated on the 1st floor and consists of the following: From the kitchen you have a view of the garden and pool. In the living room there is a fireplace. Via a hallway you find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. All rooms have private bathroom / toilet with shower. The main bedroom has entrance at the top of an interior stair and overlooks the pool . This bedroom is ideal if, for example the grandparents wish a little more privacy.
Outdoor:
The garden is 2000 m2 and there is a pool of 112 m2. There are lawn, gazebo and barbecue.
Note:
The homeowners lives in the ground floor of the house. The garden area around the gazebo is private for the guests in the holiday home, but the lawn and pool is shared with the homeowners.
