Cabourg/ seafront/ sea view. this superb 2 room apartment with a capacity of 4 persons, with a surface of 38m² approximately on the 3rd floor with lift having a balcony with a breathtaking view on the sea exposed west. the apartment includes : an entrance with storage cupboard, a living room (with a flat screen tv and a sofa bed 140x190) facing west giving onto a balcony with an incredible view on the sea and the promenade marcel proust, an independant kitchen (with 3 hotplates, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge), a bedroom (with a bed 140x190) facing east with a sea view, a shower room (shower and washbasin) and separate toilets.

Ideal location. Direct access to the beach. City centre at 10 min. walking distance. Spacious accommodation but particularly dirty on our arrival. Cleaning not done by the agency or by the former tenant.
