Welcome to this lovely apartment in Puerto de Pollença. It offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience!
It has 100 m2 and it is ideal for couples with children or little groups of friends. It has 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a trundle bed for 2 people). There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).
The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-storey building. There are 12 neighbours at the building. Enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the 20 m2 terrace which is furnished with a table and 6 chairs. The house has a fan for every room. The kitchen is fully furnished and it has everything you might need during your holiday: microwave, kettle, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed.
The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, as you can walk everywhere: sand beach, restaurants and bars, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, taxi rank, surgery, bus stop, etc. The bus frequency is every 15 minutes towards Puerto de Alcudia, Can Picafort and other directions as Palma. The beach is just down the road and it is perfect for children due to its shallow waters and gentle swell.
In Puerto de Pollença you will find any kind of restaurants: fresh fish and meat, pizza, tapas and traditional Majorcan food. If you only want to have a snack, you will find bars and ice-cream shops in the promenade! You will be able to find shops, souvenirs and groceries and supermarkets.
Nearby Puerto de Pollença there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Playa de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina or Puerto de Alcúdia. You will love to visit the town of Alcudia, with its cobbled streets, churches, squares and the old wall that surrounds the town.
