Welcome! This is a charming semi-detached house with incredible views located in the heart of Serra de Tramuntana, a mountain range running southwest-northeast that was recently awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance.
It is a wonderful house made of stones, as it’s built following the traditional technique. It is very well decorated and there is high-quality furniture. The house is located in a private are just with a few neighbours, which makes it the perfect place to spend your holiday with all kind of comforts.
The house has a big living/dining area with two comfortable sofas (one of them is a sofa-bed), satellite TV, WIFI, table and chairs for 6 people and a lot more. The kitchen with American bar is fully furnished. The house has a fully furnished bathroom, 2 rooms with two single beds and one room with a double bed (all of them with built-in closet).
This house is wonderfully situated, in the town limits of Deià. It has incredible views to the local church, located at the top of a hill and surrounded by traditional houses and natural vegetation of the area! The town of Deià is in a valley surrounded by mountains, with the exception of the north-western slope which is completely open to the sea! Wherever you go you will find astonishing viewpoints to the Mediterranean. The landscape is the perfect combination between history, tradition and nature. Deià is a town surrounded by pine and holm oak woods, as well as lands with olive trees arranged in terraces separated with the traditional “marjades” (walls made of stone) that go from the top of the mountain to the sea.
Cala Deià, a cove with crystalline waters and old fishermen refuge is located nearby. Don’t forget to go to Llucalcari and go down to the little cave, a natural spa where you can go to sunbathe, cover yourself with natural clay, swim and dive or just enjoy the beautiful sunset.
In Deià you will find little supermarkets, shops and a great offer of bars and restaurants. This is a fantastic house, located in a marvellous place to spend an unforgettable vacation!
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
