Beautiful vacation home near the small hamlet of Calzolaro, 5 km from Trestina. Here you will occupy a pleasant country house with garden and pool in a quiet panoramic position. This vacation home is located in the hills above the Tiber Valley, where Umbria and Tuscany border. It is comfortably furnished in the rustic style of the area. From the central living room you enter the covered, equipped terrace overlooking the valley; a barbecue invites you to barbecue. Large natural plot with pool and sun terrace, play area for children with swing and slide, table soccer and table tennis. The location is at the same time convenient for excursions to the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian towns in the area: 15 km Città di Castello with thermal baths, 30 km the Etruscan city of Cortona. Within an hour's drive easily reachable: Arezzo, Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi and Lake Trasimeno. Groceries in the hamlet below Calzolaro (2 km); 8 km the medieval town of Umbertide with stores of all kinds, restaurants, bars and colorful weekly market. From Trestina train connection directly to Perugia.
