Table tennis. 1.5 km long very gruff, narrow motor access to 1.5 km from the house (via unmade road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km. Golf course 4 km, tennis 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Motorway close by 1.5 km from the property. The house keeper lives on the same ground. Paddock with horses, goats, donkeys... Access to the villa is not recommended for low cars.
