Beautiful rental with swimming pool nestled in the peace and quiet of a huge plot of land in the Périgord Noir, half an hour from Sarlat and 31km from the Lascaux cave.
This property with 3 magnificent dwellings awaits you at the end of a quiet country lane. In this postcard landscape there are only 3 fully renovated houses and the owner's house. The charm of the stone walls and exposed beams will satisfy your desire for authenticity. The communal swimming pool is very large and opens onto the green countryside. Savignac-de-Miremont is a lovely village perched on a wooded hillside and surrounded by numerous hiking trails. It is about 40 km from Périgueux, not far from Saint-Cirq, Pezuls and Alles-sur-Dordogne.
3km away is a pond where wild animals come to drink. On Tuesdays, stroll through the market of the town of Le Bugue, where you will also find the Aquarium du Périgord Noir, the largest private freshwater aquarium in Europe, with more than 6000 fish, turtles and alligators, and the Parc Brunat, an unusual theme park that will take you back to the Belle Époque, for the pleasure of children and adults alike.
In less than an hour, you can reach Bergerac, Périgueux and Sarlat, considered to be one of the most beautiful towns in France. Don't miss the visit of the Lascaux cave, one of the most important of the Paleolithic era.
