This beautiful Belle Epoque style holiday home, overlooking the sea, enjoys an exceptional and breathtaking view. It has "feet in the water": only a small staircase separates you from the pebble beach just below (beach only accessible on foot: you will therefore be little disturbed by the summer crowd). This villa, simple in its interior decoration, is occupied on the mezzanine floor by the former caretaker of this family home, now retired. He won't bother you. In this exceptional setting, you can enjoy the immense terraces overlooking the sea to enjoy the view of the islands (especially the Ile d'Or), play petanque in the vast garden that surrounds the villa, settle under the hundred-year-old trees, enjoy the gas BBQ or go down with your diving equipment to discover the sea bed. In the surroundings, the beaches (Boulouris, le Dramont), the small rocky coves and the restaurants with their feet in the water follow one another. Saint-Raphaël and the bay of Agay are a few minutes away, Sainte-Maxime is 25 km away and Cannes is 30 km along the sea. Internet connection by satellite.
