Renovated apartment (decoration a matter of taste), balcony not overlooked, well located sea, parking, Carrefour not far without needing to go into the city center and other areas - Accessibility for reduced mobility: no elevator but 2 times 14 steps with ramp to climb + 3 times 3 steps with ramp to access the residence (my sister was able to access) Cleaning needs to be done in the corners and under the beds.
