Ground floor: very spacious living/dining room with a beautiful view of the sea, a lounge area with flat screen (TNT). Access to 1 open terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Complete and necessary cleaning linen provided. Available on request subject to availability: chair and cot (with fitted sheet & blanket), bathtub, stair fence. Possibility of 1 additional person (extra bed: 50¤ subject to availability).
Deposits: 600¤ for the villa and 150¤ for the cleaning. Electricity and tourist tax to be paid on site (0.90¤ per person per day
