The house is located at Selva. It is 500 m to supermarket, restaurant and tennis courts. From Selva there is a short distance to the Tramuntana mountains and you can reach the beaches as well as airport and Palma within half an hour's drive.

The house is 62 m2 and consists of a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the combined living / dining room. In addition, there are two bathrooms - one is by the pool - and two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed and the other twin. There is a pull-out bed for 1 person.

The plot is 7,000 m2 and has a saltwater pool that measures 7 x 4m and has a depth of between 2.0 and 1.1 m. There is a covered terrace and barbecue.
