The house is 1500 from Puerto Pollenca where there are cafes, restaurants and shops. It is 2 km to the sandy beach and 1 km to the nearest supermarket.
There is a 5 minute drive to Pollenca, where you can also run up in the Tramuntana mountains.

The house is 140 m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms two of which are equipped each with a double bed and the third with two single beds. There is air con in all bedrooms.
