Holiday house for 6 people with private pool.
The house is located with views to the Tramuntana mountains on a large plot. There is a pool, covered terrace, barbecue and satellite TV.
Location:
The house is located just outside the small town Puigpunyet. In town there are shops, cafes, restaurants and tennis court.
With a location near the mountains, there are good opportunities for trips which can be either on foot, by bicycle or by car. There are about 20 minutes drive to the beaches as well as Palma.
Inside:
The house is 140 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. In addition, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a combined living / dining room.
Outdoor:
The plot is 25,000 m2, part of which is constructed as enclosed garden at the house.
The pool measures 10 x 5 meters and has a maximum depth of 2.2 m
There is a covered terrace, which offers views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
