The house is close to the Inca and there is views to the Tramuntana mountains. There is a pool, covered terrace, barbecue and air con and satellite TV.

The house is 2.5 km from Inca, Mallorca's second largest city, and there obviously are many shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches on the north coast can be reached after a half hour drive.

The house is 70 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, of which one equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a bathroom and a kitchen that is open to the combined living / dining room.

The house sits on a large plot. pool measures 8 x 5 m and a depth of between 1.9 and 1.2 m
