In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Stepped path (90 steps) to the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 850 m, restaurant, bakery 400 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Luchre" 65 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 65 m, ski school, children's ski school 850 m. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
