Welcome to this nice apartment just in front on the sea in Alcanada, near Puerto de Alcúdia. It offers the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
The 100 m2 apartment is ideal for families or little groups of friends, as it has three spacious double rooms. There is one room with two single beds and two with a double bed. All of them have built-in closet. The apartment has a bathroom with shower recently decorated. There is one AC machine in the living room.
The apartment is on the ground floor in a building without elevator, where there are 9 other neighbours. On the 40 m2 terrace you will be able to enjoy long summer breakfasts, as there is a table with chairs – it is the ideal place to admire the sunrise. You will be able to relax in the sitting room with AC, lying in the comfy sofa, surfing the Internet (WIFI) or watching satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, oven, fridge and a lot more. You will as well find washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed.
The location of the house is perfect, as everything you might need is accessible in a few minutes by car, bus or walking. Nearby the apartment there is a supermarket and some restaurants. In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find pharmacy, hospital, shops, leisure activities and taxi rank. There is a bus stop 300 meters from the house, which takes you to Puerto de Alcúdia (centre), Alcúdia (town), Puerto de Pollença and Can Picafort. The rocky beach is just 15 meters from the apartment.
In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. There is local market in Alcudia on Tuesdays and Sundays and the town becomes a lively place! Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the town of Pollença, where you can climb 365 steps to el Calvari – the views up the hill are awesome!
