Very nice holiday rental with jacuzzi in Prades, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, in a vast and peaceful park. It is a splendid and immense residence, whose owners have managed to preserve all the authenticity while providing the necessary comfort. Large, bright rooms, furnished with great refinement, give it an exceptional cachet. No less than 3 lounges, 4 beautiful bedrooms and two large kitchens will be at your disposal. The ground floor is unoccupied, the garden is well planted with trees and the large terraces are very pleasant. Alcoves, fireplaces, old parquet floors, the charm of this property will not leave you indifferent. Situated 550 m from the inter-communal swimming pool of Prades, it is only 10 km from the Lac des Escoumes, a nautical base open from mid-June to the end of August with rental of pedalos, kayaks, paddle and mini-park for children, and 12 km from a quad circuit accessible from 6 years old. The region is a real pleasure for the senses, ideal for both sportsmen and contemplatives, at the foot of the Canigou Massif, and Prades is a very pretty little town at the confluence of several rivers, which enjoys an exceptional panorama of the Pyrenees. It conceals many architectural treasures, including the famous Church of St Peter with the largest baroque altarpiece in France. Its lively markets, under the shadows of the squares, are renowned throughout the region, which is full of curiosities. You will discover a gastronomy of choice, with in particular the cargolade, grilled snails on vine shoots, or the famous Catalan cream, a citrus crème brûlée. Board the "yellow train" that winds from Villefranche de Conflent to Font Romeu, a renowned ski resort, through the Carança gorges. These mountainous sites are ideal for long family hikes and the great outdoors. You are not far from Spain (2h). The charm of this large holiday home will enchant you, from it you will be able to radiate in the heart of the beautiful region that is Catalonia. Cats are not accepted.
