Welcome! Enjoy this awesome villa located in the urbanization Son Sardina, in Palma, where you will have the comfort and peace to make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
The two-storey and 180 m2 house has 5 bedrooms. It is the perfect place for spending relaxing holidays with family and friends. You will find 4 bedrooms in the main floor, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. The other bedroom is located in the upper floor and counts with a double bed. There are two bathrooms in the ground floor, one with shower cabin and the other one with bath tub. The bathroom in the upper floor counts with a shower cabin. The whole accommodation counts with central heating, there is also air conditioning, but only in the living room and kitchen areas.
The plot is fenced and you can find a big terrace outside, which is equipped with table and seats for at least 6 people. The porch counts with a barbecue and is perfect for summer dinners. The pool, 8 x 4 meters, is surrounded by a terrace equipped with 2 sun beds. There is also a playground for children in the garden, in the grass and a hammock for good naps on the shade.
The house counts with two living rooms where you will have lots of space to rest. One of the living rooms counts with a piano, a TV and two sofas. The other living room is located in the upper floor and shares space with the extra dining place and kitchen that are upstairs. Here you will be able to watch the TV, surf in the internet (WIFI) and spend time all together while preparing your meals. The main kitchen (downstairs) has everything you could need for cooking during your holiday: gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, food blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, etc. Obviously you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an iron table.
Pets are allowed on request. Do not forget to ask first!

The closest supermarkets as well as restaurants and cafés are located in the Son Sardina (2.2 km) but if you wish a bigger supermarket you should then go to Palma (3.7 km). In a few minutes driving by car you will reach the charming and quiet village of Valldemossa. There you'll feel and inhale the typical authentic Majorcan lifestyle - the perfect place for your unique and relaxing holidays in the middle of the beautiful mountains.
Palma beach is the nearest beach; it will only take you a 20 minute drive to get there. Although Puerto de Sóller, Port des Canonge and all the tiny villages from Sóller to Estellencs are not that close, they really deserve a visit. To get there you just have to cross the tunnel and follow the winding road to Deià, you will be amazed by the landscape and surroundings. This area, not really crowded, is one of the most beloved places by the locals, due to its beauty and character.
Palma, the capital of Mallorca, is just 10 minutes far by car. It becomes a lively place in summer, mainly in the old town, which is full with narrow cobblestone streets and full oshistory. Visit the squares, monuments and take your time to buy the most genuine souvenirs of Mallorca in the neighbourhoods of Sa Gerreria and the Cathedral.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
