Welcome to Palma and to this beautiful apartment perfectly located with central AC and WIFI! City lovers and water enthusiasts will find the perfect place for their holidays.

The apartment with a total size of 200 m2 will allow you and your family and friends feel the lifestyle of the city of Palma. There are three bedrooms available, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The double bedrooms have en suite bathroom with bathtub. There are two other bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.

The property is located on a 4th floor with elevator. In the apartment you can enjoy magnificent sea views while having breakfast on the balcony (15 m2), which is furnished with table and chairs. In the spacious living-dining room with sofas, you can relax with a good book or just enjoy the view. All rooms are very tastefully decorated and furnished in an elegant style. The separate kitchen with dining area is equipped with everything needed for cooking: microwave, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, blender, fridge, coffee maker and cutlery, glasses and crockery. The apartment offers a washing machine and an ironing board with iron and clothes dryer. We will gladly provide on request a baby cot and a high chair. In the kitchen there is a dining table with eight chairs where you can enjoy a leisurely meal with the family.

The apartment location is not only perfect because you are in one of the most famous and beautiful areas of Palma, but you also have all important place of interest, shops and transport links close by. The promenade offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops and beach clubs and night clubs. You will find cosy pubs, dance bars and some famous nightclubs there. Culture enthusiasts will definitely enjoy this city! You must visit the Cathedral, known locally as La Seu. The green oasis Parc de la Mar which adjoins the cathedral invites itself to settle on one of the benches and rest. A walk through the old town with its winding streets, churches, squares and the beautiful courtyards is a very special experience and lets you immerse yourself in the history of Palma. Art lovers will find many galleries and exhibitions - there's something for every taste. Fashion lovers can find the big clothing stores and small but fine boutiques, which will make your heart to beat faster. Gourmet restaurants and quaint taverns complete the overall picture perfectly. The small cafes and ice cream parlours which are present all over the city, invite you to wake up after a long journey of discovery.

3 km outside the town is the impressive Bellver Castle from where you have a magnificent view over the city and harbour. The sandy beach is about 4 km. There is good bus service to the beach. By car or bus you can easily reach many other beaches, such as Playa de Palma, Portals Nous or the beautiful Caribbean beach Es Trenc.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
