Welcome to this lovely apartment on the seafront with incredible views and located in a quiet area of the island.

Welcome to this lovely apartment on the seafront with incredible views and located in a quiet area of the island.

The apartment is on the first floor and it has capacity for 5 people (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The en suite room (with bathtub) has sea views, double bed and TV. There is a room with two single beds and one room with one a single bed. The other bathroom has a bathtub as well. The apartment has no AC but we can provide you with fans if you need them – please ask!

The living/dining area is spacious and very well lighted. The comfortable sofas are the perfect corner to read a book, watch satellite TV, take a nap or surf on the internet. One of the sofas is a double sofa-bed, just in case you are 6 people. There is a table with chairs for 6 people to enjoy summer dinners with friends and family; during hot summer nights you can go to the terrace and enjoy the views! The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday. As well as that, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Can Pastilla is a very lively area in summer, but this apartment is on a quiet neighborhood, where people is used to stroll on the beach or practice sports. If you follow the promenade you will reach s’Arenal, a place with facilities as surgery, supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops. If you walk the promenade direction Palma you will reach the Cathedral and the gardens of “Parc de la Mar”.

Take a walk through the small cobbled streets of the centre and discover the past of Palma. If you love arts you will find lots of exhibitions, arts galleries there and Modernist buildings as Gran Hotel.
The beach in Can Pastilla is surrounded by rocks but you will find a sand beach just 260 meters away. The southern part of the island is full of beautiful beaches that are worth to visit for a day trip. In Ses Covetes or Es Trenc you can spend a beach day, have some lunch over there and join a party seeing a stunning sunset.

This apartment will make your holiday an unforgettable experience in one of the best areas of Mallorca!
