Welcome to the apartment on the ground floor in Colònia de Sant Pere. It’s just 55 meters from the sandy beach and it is completely new, modern and cosy. You will have all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
The apartment is 90 m2 which makes it ideal for families or little groups of friends who want to spend a fantastic holiday near the sea! There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Both rooms have AC and closet. There are two bathrooms: one with shower and another one en suite with bathtub.

The location of the apartment is perfect, as the beach and essential services are accessible by foot. Colònia de Sant Pere is an old fishermen village where you will find restaurants with god food, supermarket, ATM, bakery and sailing club. You will love to stroll through the promenade.
Near Colònia de Sant Pere, there are lots of beaches located in natural areas: Caló dels Ermitans, Ca los Camps, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta, s’Aigua dolça, etc.
