Quiet and ideally located in the heart of Brittany, this charming single-storey house will be the ideal place to discover this beautiful region. Very pleasant, it offers a courtyard on the front, a garden on the back and rest areas. The living room (in which a "Flipper" is at your disposal) is accessed by two small steps. By the expressways, you can reach four departments: the Gulf of Morbihan, the Quiberon peninsula, Carnac and its menhirs; Finistère with its parish enclosures, its old stones and its large beaches; to the north, the Côtes d'Armor and the Ille et Vilaine, with their fine sandy beaches and islands (notably Bréhat). The house is also close to the lake of Guerlédan which will be emptied between March and October 2015: this will allow you to discover the old sunken village - Huelgoat, remarkable sites.
