Welcome to this nice apartment right in the centre of Can Picafort! It offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
The 100 m2 apartment is ideal for families or little groups of friends. It has three double beds with built-in closet and air conditioning. There is one bathroom and one shower room. In the living room you can rest on the sofa, read a good book or watch satellite TV. The attached dining area has a table for 6 people and has AC. Form the living room you can access the balcony where you can organize your meals as well, as it has a table and 6 chairs. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: microwave, kettle, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The apartment has two parking spaces in a communal parking and a little garage with space to leave the bicycles.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, a medical centre and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is just down the road.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee/tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee, a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
