Casa Nenni is a nice and simple Holiday Home in the VIP town of Forte dei Marmi on the Tuscan riviera called Versilia.
This Holiday Home is located in the Upper part of Forte dei Marmi at 2Km from the Sea.
It is a very quiet area with trees a nature but in the same way you need to go only 500 meters to reach the Supermarket.
This house has a 300 sqm private garden with pedestrian entrace, the car needs to be parked outside in front of the house. In the garden you find a hammock, barbecue, outside table with chairs and a lot of peace.
Forte dei Marmi has many Bike Rental Shops where you can rent a bike and go with it to the Sea.
Terrace, entrance, living room with dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, sower- bath room with washing machine. . First floor 2 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with tube, balcony.
Except beach holiday you can from here really great excursions, Lucca, Pisa, Florence. Carrara marble quarries, 5 Terre, Genova.
