The house lies in a mini-hamlet (3 houses) not far from the village Pedona. To Camaiore these are 5 minutes, to the sea 15 by car. In the village there is a food store and a bar.
Before the house a parkingspace is for 2 cars, the garden ca.2000 mqis not fenced in and lies partly with the slope with approx. 70 olive trees in full production.
The house has 2 entrances.
On the ground: Live / dining room with fire place, floorboard, eating kitchen, laundry, bath. Separately behind in the house Boiler-room.
