A few kilometres from the beaches of Versilia and at the same time just a few minutes from the Apuan Alps lies this Holiday Home for rent in Montignoso.
Placed inside a cross street with little traffic and therefore very silent.
The garden, of over 1000 square metres, offers tranquility and a unique panoramic view of the mountains while relaxing on the deckchairs under the beach umbrella.
Here you will find fruit trees, grapes, figs and much more, all available to the guests.
A covered porch at the entrance of the House offers shade and relax on hot days.
The outdoor area is completely fenced and closed.
