Holiday apartment in Marina di Massa-Ronchi, just 1 km from the sea.
Within a very elegant and clean condo for 5 people who want to spend a seaside holiday.
From here all necessary shop are reachable by bike. The beach is only 5 minutes away as the pier of Marina di Massa and the Center.
The building consists of 11 apartments.
This, unlike the others, has a private space in front of the entrance where you can rest in the shade.
Apartmento Ilaria includes a parking in private parking with automatic gate.
It is composed as follows:
-Tavern/cellar with external and internal access and it is used as a bicycle store and has a bathroom with shower.
-Openspace living room with TV, sofa bed, spiral staircases that descend in the tavern, stairs to the first floor.
-Kitchen with oven, 4 flames burner, fridge/freezer, electric oven.
-From the kitchen a door leads to the private outdoor area with Barbecue, table, chairs and parasol.
