Stone village above Seravezza ( between Giustagnana and Azzano ) wide sea - view. Many of the stone houses from 18th Century, the village population of about 80 people, less in winter. Before the village is a car park, to the house you have to walk about 200m.
The house is divided into two separeted holiday apartments.
One is on the first floor and has a garden with Sea View, a guest house. For 4 persons.
Second one is on the ground floor with garden, small outside terrace with Sea View. For 4 people.
The house is divided into 2 parts, the higher part has small house in the garden, in the separate room is with double sofa- bed and bathroom with shower. (Air conditioning / heating)

(on the side of the house 2 terraces) hallway, large living room with dining table and magnificent sea views, double bedroom and its bathroom, balcony, kitchen, second bathroom with shower.
Separate building where about 200 square meters large garden - living / sleeping area with double pull-out bed , shower room.
Mountains, forests, ideal for quiet and relaxing holiday away from civilization, although they fully under control within 10 minutes.
