Poggio del Vento is a unique property, not as much distance from shops and from civilization but enough to ensure privacy and having a relaxing holiday. Here you really eliminate the stress of the city. The property includes a park of 4 hectares of olive groves, private pool and beautiful panoramic views.
The garden, composed of 10,000 square meters of lawn is at the complete disposal of guests and continually cleaned and festooned with flowers and a beautiful pond of water lilies. The property access is by an automatic gate and you get on a big parking area. In front there is the house of about 260sqm on a single level. Continuing the garden, passing over the front porch of the House, you can see that smooth downhill to the pool. This pool area consists of an ancient stone building of 40sqm including a bathroom, dressing room and a kitchenette. The pergola next to this structure also includes a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, a Ping-Pong table and tables and seats to eat and relax. On the opposite you will find 115 olive trees and the Forest where you can walk in peace.

-2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one of them has an access to the garden.

-1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom accessible only from the outside.
Most of the House has the chestnut beamed ceiling, some rooms have antique terracotta floor from a 14th-century monastery. The House has several built-in closets, WIFI, satellite TV.
