This Holiday Home is located in Querceta, a town of the famous Versilia between Forte dei Marmi and Seravezza.
The place is perfect for a beach holiday, from here you can reach the wonderful beaches of Versilia, from Viareggio to Marina di Massa. The Sea is about 3,5km far.
Casa nel Verde is located at the end of a private road (unpaved and not suitable for sports cars or too large ones), this is a wonderful green area with mountain view, the Apuan Alps.
Querceta is a central point for your holiday in Tuscany, you can easily reach Pisa, Florence, Lucca and the green Garfagnana or the seaside towns of Cinque Terre.
This is the ideal home for a relaxing vacation.
The house, renovated old farmhouse, is divided into two parts, the owners live upstairs but are mostly not at home, the lower floor instead is at the complete disposal of the guests along with his also private garden (approx. 400sqm ).
The garden offers shelter in hot summer days with its beautiful trees and you can relax on the handmade stone bench, or just lie on the grass.
You will have on the front of the house has a covered veranda with armchairs, chairs and tables, where relaxation is guaranteed.
On the back you have another part of garden completely for you, with a covered gazebo with plants and flowers, a hammock where to relax in and a barbecue.
You have 2 parking spaces. The entrance is common (till the stairs) with the owners.
From the veranda you enter the spacious living room with dining table for 8 people, bar, satellite TV ( no SKY) and a sofa.
Passing a stone arch you reach the fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer, 5 burner hob, coffee maker, Dishwasher and toaster.
Here you have a small table for 4 people and door onto the rear garden.
On the other side of the home: a bedroom with 2 single beds, a double bedroom, a wonderful bathroom with shower and a beautiful room with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with bathtub.
Washing machine available: 5 EUR for each use.
Every following extras are compulsory :
Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
