A holiday home which one would hardly expect on the Tuscan coast. It is in a private side street, surrounded by other houses.
It has a paved unfenced outdoor area with outdoor grill and dining table.
Piano di Mommio is a small village that belongs to Massarosa, you can go shopping on foot, on the corner there is a well-known bar where you can have breakfast.
Only 3km away is Camaiore, a friendly town of Versilia, and also a large supermarket.
The Sea it is estimated 5 to 6 km away, depending on which way you go.
Last year here, a new sensation was made public and that above Piano di Mommio and Mommio Castello are prehistoric caves where remains have been found, which suggests the presence of Neandertalen (from 200.000 to 30.000 B.C.). Up to now, the route is unknown. Please contact us if interested, we will give you the relevant information and contacts to visit them.
The whole area is culturally hard to beat, if you do not feel like to go to the sea, then you can take a trip to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre, Florence or Pistoia.
The house is modern and unusually built, one side is totally glazed.
You can park your car on the side of the house, the neighbors have their driveway next to it.
The neighborhood has many small dogs who guard their properties. Otherwise it is a quiet area.
Entrance into the living room (dining table, 2 sofas, TV) next to the rear, a small kitchen (with door to the outside), utility room and bathroom. The staircase is secured for small children (the staircase wall is made of glass), on the first floor is a smaller bedroom with smaller double bed and a small balcony, a little further a larger bedroom with double bed, balcony and a walk-in closet.
Downstairs is a large tavern with sitting area, fireplace, sofa-bed (up to 2 people), dining table and large kitchen with dishwasher.
Washing machine, heating, air condition. TV in each bedroom and living room.
