A very charming holiday villa and location. When you think of vacation in Italy, you want to spend it in such a house. It 's just a jump from Pietrasanta, but in the middle of nature, on the road you can see one of the most beautiful churches, built in 11th to 12th Century.
On a hill, easily accessible, the garden overgrown with wild trees and flowers. Beside the house is a creek and huge trees, among others, a eucalyptus. Around the house, the garden is round and not fenced, rear ping-pong table and barbecue, dining table. Front it goes down a terrace on the ground with more plants and flowers.
Continue down more green areas, a greenhouse and vegetable strips again to the road. The owner lives with his family ca. 30m away, quite hidden in the luxuriant nature. It has in common only the access road. On and in the house as if time has stood still, almost as if in a somewhat melancholy Tuscany movie. The house is older, but renovated in the 60 's and very pleasant and comfortable. It has three floors and on the first floor is a large terrace.
Ground Floor:
From the entrance hall leads into the hall with staircase, to the right the kitchen with dishwasher and dining table and side exit to the garden with stream. (also there is a dining table ). On the left is a living room with a sofa by the fireplace, TV and large collection of books. Next to the hallway another room with a sofa bed and a bath with tub and washing machine. The rear tool room remains closed.
On the first floor is a niche with a bench at the terrace's entrance, the terrace has ca. 100sqm. In the summer it is well protected in the afternoon from the palms and other trees.
Lockable (from all three sides) through room or hallway with a sofa, a bedroom with double bed. Shower room.
In the attic then a connecting room with library, 1 large bedroom with double bed and another bedroom also with a double bed . On the other side of the house with own access is a small house-keeper room, sometimes used by the housekeeper, without to disturbing the guest.
Quite straightforward to reach the House of Pietrasanta after Valdicastello, there from the main road. Sea is about 6km, to Pietrasanta about 1km . Surely you can do from here countless trips, but the house itself invites you to dream, relax and again relax.
