Pietrasanta is a town of art in Versilia much visited by tourists. Within its streets, mostly pedestrian, it offers a variety of clothing stores, boutiques and art exhibitions of works of any kind such as statues and paintings.
The holiday home Villetta Maria Rosa is rented for the summer and is only 2.5 Km from the center of Pietrasanta. It can be reached with the two bikes available or by car.
The area where the house is located is mostly residential, so it's a very quiet place.
In the square nearby, this area is called Crociale, there are food stores, bars and kiosks for every daily need. Otherwise, the nearest supermarkets are in Forte dei Marmi, or in Pietrasanta.
This house is located inside a condominium. You have two parking spaces inside the automatic gates. On one side of the house has a private garden with a small corner where one can have lunch or dinner covered by an awning.
On the other side of the house is an outside area with gazebo and washing machine accessible from the kitchen.
Two cars can be parked in front of the house.
The inside of this holiday home in Pietrasanta is simple but everything you need is there.
Ground Floor: Living Room with Sofas and TV. Kitchen with small Fireplace, dining table, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. From here you also access the outside area with gazebo.
First Floor: Large bathroom with Tub. Double bedroom. Bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed.
All rooms have a balcony.
Tavern: Small Tavern/Living Room with Fireplace, sofa and dining table. Very cool down here, perfect for hot summer days,
