Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 160 cm with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Balcony 6 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the lake. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

The +/- good sides: - Fridge: Clear, Good - Induction cooker: Clear, Good - Small terrace: nice. - Few electric plugs (one available on the sofa side), but a multi plug provided. - Many markets in Barcarès: Easy to buy fresh food (about 3 per week) Criticisms/work to be done: - Mattresses completely worn out, forced to use both sofas to avoid abysses! - Door only locks with the key (the comb is no longer aligned with the door frame) - Mechanical roller shutter needs grease! - Odor of a product called "anti-covid" very unpleasant at the arrival, forced to ventilate 24 hours at least - First price oven: Energy consuming, does not keep the heat. - Sink stopper in the bathroom broken. - Bathroom: Paint on poorly laid tiles starting to come off (risk of leak).
