Moëlan-sur-Mer is a very large commune composed of many typical hamlets and home to some extremely picturesque small ports such as the one in Belon, famous for its oysters. This superb villa is located in one of these hamlets, in the place called "Kersolf" only 2 kilometers from the local shops and 300 meters from the beach of Trénez

heart of the villa, a covered swimming pool (6m50 x 3.20m) heated to 28°, a jacuzzi heated to 37/38° and a shower cabin. Swim against the current. Secure access from the kitchen, living room and games room. Direct access to the outdoor wooden terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. Awning awning. Adjoining games room with pool table, outdoor table tennis table, infrared sauna and fitness room. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hotplates, and refrigerator) open to the living room overlooking the pool, closed fireplace (wood provided free of charge), sofas and armchairs, flat screen (DVB-T), satellite receiver (only for foreign channels), play-station 2 (games not provided), DVD player, HI-FI channel, free WIFI.
