This villa to rent in Tuscany, offering beautiful and extensive views over valleys and hills, comprises 12 nice apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a rustic Tuscan style.
Distances: Fabbrica with food shops 3 km, riding facilities 15 km, Castelfalfi with golf court 20 km, Volterra with all kinds of shops 25 km, Pisa 50 km, Florence 50 km. The renowned medieval town of San Gimignano is reachable in a 30-minute drive.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, swimming-pool (15 x 9 m – maximum depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), shared barbecue. Laundry room available. The access to the villa rental is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Parking within the grounds. Shared satellite TV. Pets are allowed. All windows are provided with screens.
Extra services: cooking classes and painting classes upon request. Extra bed and baby bed available on request (payment on the spot). Mountain bikes for rent.Walking Tracks.
