Beautiful complex situated on a large farming estate planted with fruit trees, in panoramic location, near the small medieval town of Lari. The property enjoying extensive views over the surrounding landscape, offers 8 comfortable and nice apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan rustic style. The location is ideal to visit both beautiful historical centers like Florence, Pisa and Lucca and the beaches of the Tuscan coastline which is only 30 km away.
Distances: the centre of Lari with all kinds of shops 500 m away, Pisa 25 km, Livorno 30 km, Casciana Terme (with spas centre) 6 km, the nice town of Pontedera approx. 15 km away, Lucca approx. 40 km away.
At guests’ disposal: well-kept shared garden furnished with garden furniture, large swimming-pool accessible by a Roman staircase (14 x 7 m – maximum depth. 1,4 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Shared laundry with washing-machine (free of charge). All of the apartments are provided with satellite TV, wi-fi internet access and air conditioning. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services to pay on the spot: breakfast service available in a nice common room. Possibility of arranging dinners and cooking classes (to be requested at booking ). Maid service available by arrangement at € 15,- / per hour. Extra single bed (€ 35,-/per week)and baby bed ( free of charge) available on request .The property is also suitable for the organization of wedding ceremonies and special events.
