Graceful and welcoming agritourism on a small hill among vineyards and olive trees a short distance from San Gimignano (3 km). The building's center consists of an old lookout tower built in 1200 to help defend the city. The complex is made up of 3 apartments and a large outdoor area with pool. It is surrounded by the fields of the farm, where the owners themselves produce organic wine, grappa and extra virgin olive oil (available for direct sale at the farm). The apartments are furnished in rustic, Tuscan style.
During the week it is possible to take advantage of a free visit to the farm (winery and vineyards) and taste the wine, extra virgin olive oil and grappa.
Ideal for discovering the beauties of the Tuscan countryside, the property offers tranquility and relaxation just a stone's throw away from San Gimignano's historic towers. Access to the property is via a short stretch of unpaved road in good condition. Parking within the grounds.

At guests' disposal: large, well-tended outdoor spaces, pool shared by guests of the 3 apartments (12 x 6 meters; depth: 1,40 meters; open from 01/05 to 30/09);
each apartment has its own private space equipped with tables, chairs and umbrella. A common space with a panoramic veranda and barbecue is at guests' disposal. Free WI-FI internet connection.
