Welcoming independent villa with private pool quietly situated on the hills surrounding Orvieto, offering nice panoramic views. This house sits on a large 120-hectare estate near Bagnoregio, on the border between Umbria and Lazio regions. The villa is comfortable, furnished in a rustic style and provides a large garden as well as a private pool. The most important and beautiful art cities of central Italy are in easy reach both by car and by train (train station in Orvieto, only 15 km away)
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Castiglione in Teverina with general stores 4 km away, Orvieto (railway station with daily trains to Rome) 15 km, Lake Bolsena 20 km away, Todi 32 km, Perugia 75 km away, Assisi 85 km, Rome 130 km, Florence 160 km away. The Tuscan coastline area is approx. 110 km away.
At guests’ disposal: garden with private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth
1,5 – open from 01/05 to 30/09) situated approx. 50 m from the villa away, barbecue, equipped gazebo ideal for al-fresco dining.

1st floor: spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower set on the second floor (accessible only from this double bedroom), 3 twin-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower set on the second floor (accessible only from each bedroom).
