Beautiful estate comprising 6 private villas situated in the surroundings of Bagnoregio, a short distance away from the lovely town of Orvieto and on the border between Umbria and Lazio regions. All of these 6 houses have been recently restored and turned into independent units with a private garden. Inside the property there is also a shared pool situated at different distances from each house. The interiors are nicely and welcoming furnished in a rustic style. The location of this estate is ideal to visit all of the charming towns of central Italy (easily accessible both by car and by train from Orvieto).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road not suitable for sports or low cars.
Distances: Castiglione in Teverina with general stores 4 km away, Orvieto (railway station with daily trains for Rome) 15 km, Lake Bolsena 20 km away, Todi 32 km, Perugia 75 km, Assisi 85 km away, Rome 130 km, Florence 160 km away. The Tuscan coastline is approx. 110 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor for all f the 6 houses, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1,7 m – max. depth 1,7 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09) with open-air shower, bathroom and dressing room. The pool is approx. 2,5 km away from Patrizia and it is surrounded by a large lawn with sun-umbrellas on 3 sides and by a solarium area with deck-chairs and sun-chairs on the other side.
Extra Services: Maid service available by arrangement € 8,- / per hour (to be paid on the spot).
Pets are allowed (€25,-/per week).
