Nice and welcoming recently-built villa situated in unique location on a terraced area dominating the sea. The property sits in quiet and sunny position and offers spectacular views over the islands of Li Galli and the gulf of Salerno in the distance. The villa provides a beautiful garden/terrace with a nice shaded corner ideal for al-fresco dining and equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue and bread oven. Inside the property there is also a beautiful infinity pool with large solarium terrace. The villa is comfortable and nicely furnished.
The access to the property is via a narrow road not suitable for large cars.
Distances: Massa Lubrense with general stores, restaurant, bus stop, post-office, bank and public phone 4,5 km away, Sant’ Agata sui due Golfi 2 km away, the charming town of Sorrento (railway station) 10 km, Marina del Cantone with pebbly beaches 7 away, the beautiful Positano 13 km away, Amalfi 20 km, Naples (airport) 60 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden-terrace with furnished area for al-fresco dining (bread oven, barbecue, 2 burners), infinity pool (3 x 6 m – depth 1,3 m – open from 01/04 to 27/10), solarium. Laundry with washing-machine (accessible from the outside of the house). This villa provides internet connection and air-conditioning. Parking within the grounds.
The rental price includes cleaning service once a week (with towels change).
Extra services to be requested at booking confirmation and to be paid on site: Extra bed available at € 20,- / per person / per week. Baby bed and/or hair chair. Welcome buffet. Maid service, transfer service, car and boat hire, guided tours, daily excursions by private taxi, shopping tour, reservations for beaches, scuba diving, fishing. Upon request it is also possible to arrange cooking classes, wine and cheese tasting, cooking service, shopping service, baby sitting (Italian, English, French), personal training, yoga, massages, reflexology.
We kindly ask you to advise your arrivals details in order to better organize your check-in.
Arrivals are possible on Saturdays between 15.00 and 19.00. Arrivals between 19.00 and 24.00 must be advised and re-confirmed by the property owner at reservation and involve an extra fee of €50,- (to be paid on the spot).

Ground floor: living-room (satellite TV, DVD) with access on to the garden/terrace and on to a large kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with dining area and access on to the outside, bedroom with a French bed, bathroom with shower.
1st floor: entrance, 2 double bedrooms both with access on to a terrace offering beautiful sea views, bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
Every following extras are compulsory :
Local Tax: 1,50€ per person per night for the first 5 nights of the stay.
