Beautiful property dating back to the beginning of 1900 comprising 8 welcoming apartments (one is not rentable) situated on the shore of the Trasimeno lake. All of the apartments offer tastefully and nicely furnished interiors and enjoy panoramic views over the lake and the garden. The property provides a beautiful pool with solarium area, a well-groomed garden and a nice covered furnished area with barbecue.
This property is part of the National park of Trasimeno “Oasi la Valle”.
The shore of the Trasimeno lake with small, characteristic harbor is only 150 m away and a nice cycle lane is approx. 100 from the house away.
Distances: Torricella with bars and restaurants 50 m away, Lake Trasimeno 150 m, Passignano with general stores and ferries to “Isola Maggiore” 10 km away, Perugia (airport) 20 km, the lovely town of Cortona 30 km, Arezzo 40 km, Montalcino (renowned for the Brunello wine) 45 km away, Siena 65 km, Florence (airport) 140 km away, Rome (airport) 200 km.
