Independent modern-design villa with private pool situated in a residential area in the small town of Pratovecchio. This spacious property offers welcoming interiors and a large 150 square-meter furnished garden with a nice pool. The location allows easy access to the National Preserve of Casentino, to Mount Falterona (where the Arno river is originate) as well as the beautiful art cities of the region such as Arezzo and Florence, both within 45 km.
Distances: Pratovecchio with general stores in walking distance, 500 meters away, Poppi (with golf course) 6 km, the lovely town of Arezzo 40 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished, fenced-in garden with lawn, terraces and a nice private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (warm water) near the pool, barbecue.

Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (€ 30,- per week – payment on site), 2 further extra beds available on request (Euro 80 per week /bed or Euro 20 per day /bed , for a total of 12 guests). Maid service by arrangement at € 10,- / per hour to be paid locally. Five bikes are available for rent (€ 10,- / per day each).
Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week (payment on site).

The access to the villa is through the garden via a large staircase leading to a furnished covered terrace.
Ground floor: living-room with fireplace and TV area (satellite TV).
3 steps lower: dining-room with access on to a terrace, kitchen (oven, freezer, toaster), laundry (washing-machine), 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
1st floor: double bedroom, twin-bedded room, bathroom with shower.
Two extra beds are available free of charge (for a total of 10 people).
