Nice hamlet of houses situated in quiet location in Empoli surroundings, approx. 35 km from Florence away. This property has been recently restored with its original architectural features preserved and turned into welcoming apartments. On the premises there also are some bedrooms, an excellent restaurant and a small grocery for basic supplies and local products. The apartments Artisti 1 and 2 are in a building close to the swimming-pool and the restaurant while the other 3 units are approx. 800 m from the pool away.
Distances: Empoli with general strores and railway station (frequent direct trains to Florence and Pisa) 3 km away, Florence (airport) 35 km away, San Gimignano 35 km away, Pisa (airport and city center are in easy access by train) 55 km away, Lucca 55 km away, Siena 65 km (accessible by train).
